John Corbett
Managing Director
John Corbett is a highly experienced company director and finance professional with more than 35 years of senior leadership experience across infrastructure, energy and corporate finance. He brings deep expertise in project finance, strategic planning, risk management and governance, with a particular focus on power generation and renewable energy. Over the course of his career, Mr Corbett has led and advised on major infrastructure and energy transactions ranging from $5 million to $2.5 billion, including wind farms, gas-fired power stations, ports and large scale industrial assets.
Mr Corbett’s background includes 23 years in senior corporate banking and project finance roles with ANZ Banking Group and Suncorp Bank, followed by advisory roles with Coffey Advisory and FTI Consulting. He has served as Chair and director across a range of public and private boards, including renewable energy, agriculture and infrastructure organisations, and was a co-lead debt arranger on several award-winning wind and power generation projects in Australia. As Managing Director of Australian Integrated Energy Company Pty Limited, Mr Corbett applies his extensive commercial, financial and governance experience to deliver practical, well-structured energy solutions.
